As a company we are proud of our heritage. Bata Industrials was founded in the 1970s in Best, Netherlands as a specialized division of the Bata organization, in response to a specific demand from the market for footwear for professionals. Ever since, Bata Industrials has evolved to become a designer, producer and marketer of safety footwear, socks and inlay soles , therefore exclusively targeting the professional end user markets. The sole, developed by JV International for Michelin, presents sculptures designed with sipings for multidirectional traction and adherence. The side slopes provide lug support and self-cleaning. The strong shoulder sculptures are designed to provide stability and durability and the tread spacing and flex channels for traction and adaptability. The massive heel and toe areas ensure durability while the arch sculptures offer control on irregular terrains. The rubber compound is designed for professional outdoor use, high abrasion resistance, antistatic and oil resistant.
The first safety shoe that offers the highest possible heavy-duty protection combined with optimum comfort. This fullgrain leather mid-cut model has a quick-release fastener for quick on and off actions. The heatresistant stitching is flame-retardant, which means that this mid-cut model offers the perfect protection to welders, both indoors and outdoors.
