Thermal, practical and with ecologically responsible elements, the new boot by Garmont allows an optimal lacing thanks to the double rotor BOA® for a differentiated adjustment between the leg and instep, usable even without taking off the gloves. With a sporty look, aimed at hikers who love long trekking in the snow, Trace High BOA® GTX® has a polyester upper with microfiber reinforcements. Thermal insulation is ensured by Ortholite® O’Therm™ open cell polyurethane padding, combined with an aerogel material, capable of creating a breathable thermal barrier 54% more effective than the padding on the market, without compromising the lightness.
The polypropylene insole ensures stability and flexibility while the monodensity EVA midsole ensures support and comfort. The WILD XT Michelin® consists of the French company’s new Bio-based Technology compound, a rubber formulation that uses 90% of natural materials free of any fossil components derived from the petrochemical industry. The waterproofness of the Trace High BOA® GTX® is guaranteed by the new Performance Comfort PFC free membrane from Gore-Tex®.
