Michelin Rock’R sole with 2 different compounds and calibrated stiffness provides excellent grip on all surfaces and enhanced stability. The leather upper with a protective water-repellent film and Thinsulate® 400 g lining delivers outstanding warmth and insulation even in the coldest weather . Highly abrasion-resistant reinforcements ensure 360° protection along the entire upper. The SL2 super-quick lacing and longer power strap with custom-designed closures for the ankle and instep provide reliable weather protection and the snuggest fit around the ankle .
Reinforced rubber heel enhances protection from bumps. The Arctic footbed with a four-layer aluminium and fleece construction works with the membrane to deliver outstanding warmth and insulation. Large reflective inserts for enhanced visibility. The toe mount is designed for gaiter attachment.
