From the collaboration with solesbyMICHELIN an exclusive sole was created, with a specific tread design for major adaptability and good traction. The strong shoulder sculptures guarantee stability and the central ones are arched to have more traction on obstacles. A massive heel area ensures durability, while the slopes for the lug is designed for more support and self-cleaning. The shoe features MIZUNO ENERZY, used throughout the entire bottom midsole to provide excellent cushioning and energy return. The MIZUNO WAVE increases stability without sacrificing cushioning. Because it is equipped both in the front and in the back, it creates a smoother feeling when running on mountain trails.

This Mizuno Wave Daichi 7 running shoe is characterized by the Wave technology, which offers more cushioning and stability to ensure unbeatable adaptability even on the most difficult terrains. The Michelin-branded sole, developed by the global licensee JV International, promises excellent grip and an ergonomic fit system that guarantees greater stability while running.
Safety first
In addition, the outsole features a nut design, to provide better traction and grip on all surfaces, as well as preventing mud clogging. The rigid EVA on the forefoot protects the most sensitive areas of the sole from dangerous elements along the course while the heel area is reinforced to allow braking during the descents. The upper is made with breathable and resistant double-layer Airmesh and the reinforced toe protects the foot from rubbles and cuts along the way.
