Founded in 2012 by two seventh-generation cobblers, Galahad and Asher Clark, Vivobarefoot is based on one simple insight – barefoot footwear is sustainable footwear. A Vivobarefoot product or experience is one that literally brings us closer to nature – regenerating our physical, social and spiritual health and the natural world.

Magna Forest ESC is the model made by VIVOBAREFOOT in collaboration with JV International, for those who want to reconnect with nature and regenerate their feet, body and soul. Multidirectional traction, flexibility, durability and aggressive lug design are the key features of this innovative Michelin sole, making the Magna Forest ESC perfect for the toughest trails, such as forests, deserts and jungles.
The Woolmark® knit collar allows for a perfect fit and natural freedom of movement, while the upper is water-repellent, breathable and wear-resistant. The upper is untreated leather with a tongue for easy donning. The Base and lug height are designed to maximize ground feel and grip in harsh environments. Articulated toe gussets act as claws, while the heel gusset maximizes grip on steep descents. Lateral edge traction is designed for traversing on steep slopes. Finally, the textured arch provides zonal grip for technical off-piste movements.
